Buckner was appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance in December of 2015. Before that appointment, he most recently served a brief time as Chief Administrative Officer and prior to that had spent five years as the Vice President of Claims. He began his career at OFBMIC as an adjuster over 20 years ago. Buckner is a graduate of Northeastern State University and resides in Piedmont, OK with his wife, Ashley, and their two sons.
