Janice is a Sr. Research and Product Development Analyst. Her expertise includes program and product development for commercial monolines and packages, as well as specialty personal lines such as boatowners and home-based business.
Janice joined American Ag in August 2015, bringing with her more than 27 years of experience in primary insurance, including 25 years with the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) in product development and data analytics. Additionally, she spent two years in Allstate’s quantitative research and analytics unit.
Since joining American Ag, Janice has lead the development of a new turnkey farm pollution insurance solution for the Farm Bureau® insurance companies.
Janice earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in Actuarial Science and an MBA from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.
